  • Selective, essential Retail properties are getting financed. 

  • Hotel financing is not yet open.

Loan Type

  • Non-recourse

  • 10-Yr term / 30-yr amortization

  • Interest Only available based on leverage

Rates, Fees 

  • $3.0 million - $50.0 million+

  • Interest rates from 3.25% - 4.25%

  • No Fees, our lenders pay our fees.

COVID-related Escrows

  • Interest reserves may be required for 6+ months.

  • Reserves may be waived if rental collections are not impacted.

  • Reserves may be waived based on leverage / tenancy.
